Patni Computer Systems Ltd has fixed the price of its 6.87 million American Depository Shares offering at $20.34 each and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange on Thrusday.
Each ADS represents two equity shares of the company, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The offer comprises of 5.12 million primary ADSs, 1.75 million secondary ADS and up to an additional 1.03 million primary ADSs under the over-allotment option given to the underwriters, it said.
Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, Merrill Lynch & Co., ABN Amro Rothschild LLC, Jefferies and Macquarie Bank Ltd are the underwriters to the issue.
