Patni Computer Systems Ltd on Monday said it would raise up to $150 million additional capital by the issue of American Depository Receipts.
The board of directors, in a meeting held on February 19, approved the raising of the additional capital through ADRs, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The proposal is subject to the shareholders and regulatory approvals, it added.
