SSi Ltd said as a second step of buying a significant stake in Aptech Ltd, the company will make an open offer for an additional 20 per cent as per Sebi requirement, making a total acquisition of over 47 per cent of Aptech shares, instead of an offer for 50 per cent as stated earlier on Monday.
