Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that one of the preconditions to be fulfilled by the Company, as a part of the approved Debt Package, was an infusion of Equity to the tune of Rs 250 million. The Company is considering the infusion of this Equity by a Rights Issue and this matter is slated to be taken up by the Board of Directors at a meeting scheduled on February 28, 2003.
