Mahindra & Mahindra on Friday confirmed its bid to acquire the Romanian government's stake in SC Tractorul UTB SA, Brasov.
According to a release issued by M&M to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday, the company has been in talks with AVAS, the privatisation authority of the Government of Romania.
