Merck Ltd announced a voluntary retirement scheme to non-bargainable employees in its Taloja plant.
Employees who have completed minimum 10 years of service with the company or are of 40 years or more of age and employees who are on the payroll of the company on January 31, 2003 will be eligible for the VRS.
