Mafatlal Industries Ltd has fixed January 31 to February 06 as book closure for arrangement between the company and Polyolefines Rubber Chemicals Ltd and Sulakshna Securities Ltd by demerger. There will be no dealings in the aforesaid scrip with effect from January 22, 2003.
