Kinetic Engineering on Wednesday said it has scaled up sales target of motorcycles to 150,000 units following good response for its 115cc motorcycle Velocity.
"Our sales have exceeded targets...and had to increase production to bring down delivery time to customers," Sulajja Firodia Motwani, joint manging director, Kinetic Engineering, said in a statement.
The Pune-based firm has sold 15,000 units of Velocity since its launch about 70 days back.
Kinetic would ramp up the production of the motorcycle to 10,000 units from March, she said.
