Fortune Financial Services India Ltd said JHM Hotels Inc is making an offer to the public shareholders of Gujarat JHM Hotels Ltd to acquire 21,90,999 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 32.35% of the paid up equity share capital of Gujarat JHM Hotels Ltd at a price of Rs 10 per share payable in cash.
