"We have not asked for any additional information" on Jet Airways' application for permission to start an India-US service but "they filed an additional document in response to the objections, Bill Mosley, spokesman, department of transportation told PTI on Thursday.
Jet Airways had earlier declared that it would take legal action against the American aviation company with a similar name that had made allegations that India's domestic airline has links to "undesirables".
