Jai Mata Glass Ltd has informed BSE that the members through postal ballot have authorised the board of directors of the company to sell/transfer/and/or otherwise dispose off the whole or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the company, namely Unit III engaged in the manufacturing of 24 per cent lead crystal ware glass together with the infrastructure, facilities, utilities attached thereto and/or any other idle assets in whole or in parts on a going concern basis or otherwise to any company, institution, firm or individual as the case may be, as the board of directors may deem fit and proper, on such terms and conditions and with effect from such date and in such manner as the board considers beneficial to the company.
