Teledata Informatics Ltd on Tuesday said it has acquired US-based Alpha Soft Services Corporation through its subsidiary.
With this acquisition, the company would get a wider stronghold in the US, Teledata informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The US-based company provides high quality IT services in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning, data warehousing, e-business and related technologies.
