Indian Oil Corporation on Friday offered a stake to Kuwaiti companies in its upcoming petrochemical plant at Panipat and the proposed refinery at Paradip.
"We discussed our upcoming projects... Panipat cracker and Paradip refinery," IOC Chairman S Behuria told reporters after visiting the Kuwaiti oil minister.
He said IOC's participation in upstream project in Kuwait figured in the discussion.
