Indian Oil Corporation Ltd is to submit an expression of interest to acquire the marketing assets of an oil company in Thailand.
The Thai company's marketing assets, for which the Indian oil major has shown interest, were offered for sale, IOC informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The IOC board, which met on Wednesday, had accorded the approval for submission of EoI, it said.
