The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share on full equity share capital outstanding as on date, the company said in a release on Saturday.
The total income for the company grew to Rs 292.03 crore (Rs 2.92 billion) in the reporting fiscal from Rs 232.04 crore (Rs 2.32 billion) a year ago, it said.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 7.50 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 8 lakh in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.
The total income for the reporting quarter grew to Rs 81.82 crore (Rs 818.2 million) as against Rs 66.10 crore (Rs 661 million) in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2004, it said.
