The alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology from across the globe will converge in Bangalore on December 24 for PanIIT, a conference where they would share knowledge and experiences with each other.
The two-day event, beginning on Christmas eve, is expected to attract over 5,000 alumni of various IITs from across the globe, PanIIT Executive Council India chairman Pawan Kumar told reporters on Tuesday.
He said the meet besides helping IITians to network with each other, would also have a conference on 'IITians: Empowering India' that would discuss how technology could help in building a stronger India.
