The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, announced on Tuesday it was entering into a partnership with Hughes Escorts Communication Ltd to offer a host of long term programmes to working executives over the Hughes' Direcway Global Education Platform.
These specialised programmes cater to the needs of a broad spectrum of industries. In the coming years, IIM-B will also target international markets such as Sri Lanka, Singapore and parts of Middle East, a joint statement said.
The next few months will witness the launch of two long term programmes, Advanced General Management Programme for IT and ITES professionals, and Executive General Management Programme, it said.
Both these on-campus programmes will be beamed live instantaneously to 47 Direcway Global Education classrooms located at 35 cities across India, it was stated.
