Software solutions service provider i-flex solutions on Friday announced the opening of its development, support and demonstration centre in New York.

The Centre will provide customers and partners infrastructure to evaluate i-flex products and service capabilities in addition to supporting current and future deployments in the region.

The Centre will also provide backup and support for i-flex' customers in North America. "The opening of development, support and demonstration centre in North America marks another significant milestone for i-flex solutions in this region. We now offer customers and partners in North America a technology centre where they are able to evaluate our award-winning technology first-hand," said, Rajesh Hukku, chairman and managing director, i-flex solutions.

"In addition to the technical facility, we are expanding our business continuity planning proposition, providing greater assurance to our customers in North America by establishing a backup facility right in their own country."

The Centre provides demonstration of a model end-to-end integrated architecture. It also offers support capabilities where financial institutions and partners alike can test, run prototypes, conduct analysis and solution assurance; develop architecture definitions; and run proof-of-concept activities for the company's products.

I-flex, which services more than 390 customers in 89 countries, has over 2250 employees, nine development centres, including one in Singapore, and sales, marketing and support presence in seventeen overseas locations.
