The Board of Directors of IFB Agro Industries Ltd at its meeting held on January 30, 2003 has decided to issue 38,53,556 equity shares of Rs 10 each on rights basis in the ratio of one equity share for every two equity shares held for cash at par, to those persons whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date to be announced.
