IDBI Bank Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 274.30 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 (DQ-02) as compared to Rs 89.40 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2001 (DQ-01).
Total income has increased from Rs 1497.60 million in DQ-01 to Rs 2149.10 million in DQ-02.
The directors have also granted approval to raising of Tier II capital upto Rs 400 million in one or more tranche(s) at appropriate times.
