ICICI Bank on Monday reported a 77.5 per cent jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 2,039 crore (Rs 20.39 billion) for the quarter ended December 30, 2010.
The bank had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,149 crore (Rs 11.49 billion) for the same quarter last fiscal, ICICI said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Total income of the bank on a consolidated basis increased to Rs 15,415.8 crore (Rs 154.15 billion) during the quarter, compared to Rs 14,176.8 crore (Rs 141.76 billion)
in the same quarter last fiscal, it said.
