Mother Dairy on Monday launched a new low-fat ice cream under the name of 'Dietz.'

It will be produced initially in two flavours, mango and strawberry, with real fruit in them, and packaged in 500 ml packs.

The new product is claimed to have only one-fourth of the normal milk fat in regular ice creams.

It will be sold through Mother Dairy booths, retail outlets and push carts.

Having entered the ice creams segment in 1995, Mother Dairy claims to have captured a 62 per cent market share in Delhi and the National Capital Region.
