The change is subject to the approval of the central government and other statutory approvals, if any, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The shareholders and unsecured creditors of the company have also approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between the company and Tenet Technologies Pvt Ltd. The company had earlier acquired Tenet Technologies.
