Hughes Software Systems Ltd said ip.access, a provider of GSM and GPRS infrastructure, will use its protocol stack software for GPRS, SS7 and voice over pocket networks.
Meanwhile, the company said it strengthened its pact with MontaVista Software. HSS' telecommunications protocol stacks will be available on MontaVista Linux carrier grade edition.
