India's largest motorcycle maker Hero Honda on Monday said its February sales went up by 51.7 per cent to 204,000 units over 134,000 units in the same month last year.
The cumulative (April-February 2003-04) sales jumped 20.2 per cent to 18.7 lakh (1.87 million) units over 15.6 lakh (1.56 million) units, the company said in a statement.
Hero Honda attributed the surge in sales to good response for the recently launched motorcycle in the executive segment -- Ambition135.
