Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd on Saturday decided to divest up to 10 per cent of its stake in HDFC Asset Management Company.
The board also decided to infuse a maximum Rs 65 crore (Rs 650 million) fresh capital in the AMC to facilitate an acquisition, HDFC informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The board also gave a nod to infuse additional capital, through equity or preference shares, it said.
