HCL Infosystems on Monday showcased a range of computer solutions designed for the semi-urban/rural markets.
"This initiative is to fulfill the requirements of customers from semi-urban/rural area through customised products for this segment", a HCL release said in Ranchi.
"Rural solutions will act as a catalyst to bridge the rural-urban divide which causes due to affordability, power supply and service ability," the release added.
Some of HCL's solutions are Ezeebee Pride, RP2 system 4-in-1 personal computer, Indic personal computer and Beepos, the release said and claimed that HCL Infosystems could withstand the rugged and diverse weather, power and transportation conditions of the rural markets.
