Cement major Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd on Monday said Holderind Investments Ltd (Holcim Mauritius) has 14.8 per cent stake in the company.
Holcim Mauritius, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Switzerland-based Holcim Ltd, has acquired 20 crore (200 million) equity shares from the promoters of the company at Rs 105 per share, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
