Keynote Corporate Services Ltd said Bimalchand Godha and others revised their offer to acquire up to 3,00,200 shares of Rs 10 each, or 10 per cent, of Shantivijay Jewels Ltd at Rs 23 a share in cash.
The acquirers presently hold 65.83 per cent stake in SJL.
