Gecis on Thursday announced acquiring US-based BPO solutions provider Creditek Corporation.
"There are enormous synergies between Gecis and Creditek that will benefit our customers, especially those seeking comprehensive finance and accounting solutions," Pramod Bhasin, president and CEO, Gecis Global said.
The New Jersey-based Creditek is into revenue cycle management, order-to-cash and business process outsourcing solutions for major corporations and healthcare companies, it said.
"Creditek's product experience and attractive client base offers numerous cross-sell opportunities for us," Bhasin said.
