GDR Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today (February 15, 2003) has decided to dispose off all the 4,99,300 equity shares (un listed) of Rs 10 each held in M/s Meditech Software Ltd, a subsidiary of the company. Accordingly all the shares have been disposed off to M/s I Dinesh Reddy and his associates, Hyderabad at the Face Value i.e. for a total consideration of Rs 49,93,000. In view of the above M/s Meditech Software Ltd ceased to be subsidiary of the Company.
