India's forex reserves dips to $143.096 bn

Foreign exchange reserves declined by $339 million to $143.096 billion for the week ended October 21 from $143.435 billion in the previous week, according to the weekly supplement released by the RBI.
Foreign currency assets dropped $342 million to $136.961 billion. Gold reserves and SDRs were unchanged at $4.712 billion and $4 million, respectively.
The Reserve Tranche Position with the IMF moved up $3 million to $1.419 billion.
