Further, there are deals like jewellery worth Rs 100,000, waiver of car park reservation charges, free Modular Kitchen and ACs in bedrooms on offer," Snapdeal said.
Customers can avail offers on purchase of property from over 200 realty projects from developers like Godrej Properties, Brigade, Mahindra Lifespaces, IREO, Artha, Ramky Estates, Central park, Sunteck Realty, Rustomjee, Lavasa Corporation, Nirmal lifestyle, Ajnara, Mahagun among others.
Snapdeal also launched a new real estate platform that connects buyers with developers, property consultants and channel partners.
Platform features include map-based search, project segregation on the basis of location and convenient inventory booking.
It enables users to compare projects based on search criteria, and use tools like heat maps to identify most suitable projects.
To facilitate a seamless buying experience, Snapdeal has tied up with global property consultants and channel partners for offline support in completing the transaction. Customers can avail exclusive home loans at competitive rates through Rupeepower.
Snapdeal's senior vice president (Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives) Tony Navin said: "Many people in India consider Diwali to be an auspicious time to make real estate purchases.
“Being the first online marketplace to introduce the real estate category, we have worked closely with developers to bring the best offers for our customers this festive season."
