Cranes Software International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 30, 2003 has approved the company to make investment in the shares of Systat Software Asia Pacific Ltd upto 50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs.5 Lac. After the Investment Systat Software Asia Pacific Ltd will become 100% Subsidiary of Cranes Software International Ltd.
