Chikmagalur Kodagu Grameena Bank, a regional rural bank, would be merged with the Corporation Bank. A proposal to this effect was approved on Tuesday by the board of Corporation Bank, the bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday. CHIKO Bank is sponsored by Corporation Bank, the statement said.
