The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages on a petition filed by a Kerala village panchayat challenging a high court order allowing the soft drink company to draw 500,000 litres of groundwater per day at its plant in Plachimada in Palakkad district.
