The implementation of conditional access system in Delhi has been postponed indefinitely.
This was stated by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and senior BJP leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra after a meeting with Information and Broadcasting Minister Ravi Shanker Prasad.
