Star Plus, the entertainment channel from the Star stable, will continue in its present format even after the implementation of the conditional access system.
This was stated by Tarun Katial, vice-president (content) and communication of Star Plus, on Friday.
He added that the channel is unlikely to effect major programming changes post-CAS.
Katial acknowledged that some comedy shows were in the pipeline, but declined to confirm whether Amitabh Bachchan had agreed to do such a show for star plus.
He, however, did confirm that the Bachchan-hosted Kaun Banega Crorepati may be back on air soon.
