Railways not to be privatised: Mamata

The Indian Railways will not be privatised. It will remain with the government, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee said while presenting the Railway Budget in Parliament on Wednesday.
While not privatising, Railways have to develop business models for improving earnings, Banerjee said.
