HDFC Bank chairman Jagdish Capoor has been appointed as the chairman of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, which has recently turned into a corporate entity.
Capoor, who has also served as the deputy governor of Reserve Bank of India, was appointed the chairman of BSE by the governing board of the bourse, BSE said in a release.
