Pune-based Bilcare Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Bilcare Singapore Pte Ltd, has acquired US-based pharma research and clinical services business for an undisclosed amount.
Following the acquisition, the US company has become a subsidiary of Bilcare, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday.
It is expected that this acquisition would help the company expand its client base and grow its business in US, it said.
