The shareholders at the AGM held on September 6, have appointed Sunil Bharti Mittal, Rajan Mittal and Akhil Gupta as directors of the company, not liable to retire by rotation, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The AGM has re-appointed Rakesh Bharti Mittal as director. The company has also re-appointed PriceWaterHouse as chartered Accountants, it said.
