Telecom major Bharti Enterprises has announced a 50:50 joint venture between its subsidiary Bharti Teletech and Nasdaq-listed Teletech Holdings, a global player in customer management solutions arena.
The joint venture company Teletech India would provide both offshore and in-country customer management solutions.
Existing employees, businesses and assets of Bharti's customer solutions management arm Bharti Infotrac would be transferred to the new joint venture.
Teletech India would be headed by president and chief executive Sanjay Kapoor and would start operations by second quarter of 2003.
