India's state run electronics and communications equipment maker Bharat Electronics Ltd said on Wednesday it had posted a provisional turnover of Rs 25.71 billion in the year to March 2003, a 32 per cent jump on the year.
The company also said in a statement that the estimated pre-tax profit rose 39 per cent to Rs 3.95 billion.
Its shares were up 2.7 per cent at Rs 226 at the Bombay Stock Exchange whose index was up 0.45 per cent.
