The boards of Bayer India and Bayer Cropscience India Ltd on Monday approved the merger of the two firms, the Bombay Stock Exchange said.
It said Bayer Cropscience shareholders would receive five Bayer India shares of Rs 10 face value each for every three they hold in their own company.
