Renault Kwid which is a global model for Renault has debuted a tougher engine, the Kwid 1000cc and the Kwid Easy R Automatic. This is the first AMT in this segment.

The car gets a rotary AMT knob on the dashboard console with 3 simple driving modes reverse, drive and neutral. The new Easy-R Gear Box by Renault is a five-speed Automated Manual Transmission system derived from Renault’s Formula 1 expertise, the company said.
No other cosmetic changes have been made. It is still the same good looking Kwid with a tougher soul.
