Cadila Healthcare Ltd board approved amalgamation of German Remedies Ltd, Recon Healthcare Ltd, Zydus Pathline Ltd & Zoom Properties Ltd with the company.
The boards of Cadila Health Care and German Remedies approved a share-exchange ratio of 7:4. Seven shares of the face value of Rs 5 each in Cadila Healthcare Ltd will be issued in exchange of every four equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each in German Remedies Ltd.
