With reference to the news article appearing in a leading financial daily titled 'ALSTOM pares stake in APIL by 4.15%', Alstom Power India Ltd has informed BSE that no shares have been offloaded by ALSTOM Power NV and therefore the question of picking up of those shares by any person acting in concert does not arise.
The company has further informed that there is no offloading of shares by ALSTOM Power NV as stated in the said article.
Similarly the financial institutions, banks and mutual funds percentage holding has gone down but their holdings in number have increased.
