The Air India management is in talks with pilots to find a way out to end the ongoing strike.
More than 33 flights were cancelled because of the strike by the pilots who refused to accept a cut in their salary, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded at various airports.
"We are talking to pilots and we hope to find a solution to the problem," a senior officer of Air India told rediff.com
Meanwhile, pilots are hopeful that the management would listen to their grievances and soon resolve the issues.
