Pak beats India in the most-corrupt-country race

India and Pakistan figure among the 10 most corrupt countries in the world.

Both India and Pakistan find mention in the index published by Transparency International, an organisation studying corruption in business the world over. TI analysed the details of 52 countries.

Nigeria, like last year, tops the list. Pakistan is ranked fifth and India eighth. Other toppers on the dubious list include Bolivia, Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, Russia, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Denmark, Finland and Sweden are the least corrupt countries.

Last year, Pakistan was found to be the second most corrupt country.
